If someome gave it to me with no strings attached I would give half to charity.To me this would be a gift and I always share gifts with charity there are always less fortunate people then myself.
 with the rest of the money I would pay some bills and put the rest  for my family

Well first I would try to figure out where the money came from. And try to figure out why they are giving the money. If it is legit I would take the monwey and invest it and pay off my bills. It's always good to invest the money to help it multiply.
