Shannen Doherty Has Breast Cancer

I Just found out that one of my favorite actresses has been diagnosed with breast cancer. i have been watching her shows for years . my thoughts go out to her.

Hello! Wow just find out now. It seems like a lot of women are finding out they have breast cancer. We should all do regular check ups to make sure we are healthy. I hope Shannen Doherty will pull through this okay. She seems like a strong women. Cancer is a horrible disease. It kills many people. I was so sad when Patrick Swayze died of cancer. Hopefully that doesn't happen to Shannon Doherty. I wish her good health.

I did not know that. She has a long journey to make. Whatever her choice of treatment, she will need her family and friends support. Cancer is vicious! My thoughts also go out to her and her family. BMaston12

Oh that is so sad.  She was so cute in BH 90210.  I do hope it goes well for her, that she gets the proper treatment and beats this horrible disease. 

My husband and I are in a business networking group.  One of our dear members lost her battle to breast cancer a couple of months ago. 

I lost my sister-in-law some years ago to the same horrible disease. 

For sure I would love to see people start to win the war against this killer.

Wishing her all the best.  I never really cared for or watched many of the shows she starred in, but she and I share the same birthday -- as in the EXACT day and year.  I think she probably looks much younger than I do, but then again, I don't work in TV or movies.

I know, I also heard this on the news and was very saddened to hear this diagnosis. However, as in the case of Julia Rancic, Kylie Minogue, and Christina Applegate, she is also very young so I would imagine she will fight the disease and I'm sure the specialists will do all they can to help her. I am hopeful for her.

I like her as an actress and its too bad that is for sure.  I haven't seen much of her lately tho in movies or tv.
