What are you cooking for the holiday?

We may barbecue some ribs, hamburgers and some polish sausage.

We're having ribs, hamburgers, hot dogs, and probably chicken on the grill.

Holiday or not, I barbecue at the drop of a hat. Right off the edge of my deck is a Traeger Hardwood Pellet Grill and it's no more work to use than the Jennair in the kitchen, but the flavor is nothing short of amazing. Cleanup is 30 seconds with a wire brush and it's good to go for next time.

No. I haven't done any holiday cook-outs since my hubby died in 2014. I do miss that. Now I just visit others who are cookin out. I will be getting ready for my vacation, which starts after Monday. BMaston12

We will do beer-brats on my inside electric BBQ tomorrow.  Today, September 5, 2015, is National Cheese Pizza Day, I have a BBQ pizza pan to make pizza on the outside BBQ, that is a thought that I might try today for lunch. Monday I don't know, too far to plan in my mind lol. Thanks for this bloq lol for Today's Reason to Celebrate our Labor Day and an unofficial end to summer. You have a nice three-day-weekend holiday!

I doubt it - for one thing here in central Florida it is storming/raining basically every day so probably won't bother plus we haven't been in much of a cooking mood lately.  Hope all have a nice holiday whether they cook or not.

going to fire up the grill in a couple of hours. love bbq. the best thing is , it doesnt have to be a holiday to do it. bbq at least 3 times a week.

Me and my family went to my grandmother's home to barbecue it was fun a little boring not being  allowed to go back inside the house where the air conditioning  was being blown. We had to stay outside and mingle  under the hot  steaming sun  no shade  not even a pinch of rain but all goes at least the hamburgers were great.that was my holiday

I doubt I will be grilling since I will be working...but, I love to whenever I get the chance!
