I have not done a lot of exercising this year. At least not consistent exercise. I hope to improve that soon.

How are you doing so far?

I was exercising a lot in the beginning of the year, but stalled during the summer.

Consistency is my problem also.  I too will keep trying and hopefully get better.

I walk daily for an hour since I can remember. Maybe 2 or 4 years. Only time I don't walk is if Im feeling sick. Other then that I make it up the day I feel much better by adding an extra 45 minute to my 1 hour walk.   :)

Somewhat: I do take more walks during my breaks but slacked in more intense forms this year.

At least 2-3 times a week lifting weights (biceps, triceps, shoulders, and back). I recently got a indoor cycling bike assembled yesterday,so I should do some cardio when I get back from commuting

I walk twice a day but that's about all the exercise I get... Wish I could do more.

I've been saying all year that I need to get back to using my treadmill so when the weather cools down I can walk outside and not get too tired too quickly.  I've only used the treadmill about 8-10 times so far and this morning was one of those times and the first time in several months.  I really have to get more determined so I can keep my health good as I'm getting older and tend to not want to exercise.

I use an app that charges me if I don't workout for at least 30 minutes a day for the numbers of days a  week you specify. So I make sure I exercise instead of losing money every week. It also pays you a small amount for reaching your goal. I'm currently trying to exercise every day this month.

I've found things I enjoy doing and have enough variety that it doesn't get boring. If I had to walk on a treadmill all the time or do straight yoga or dance workouts I wouldn't want to do it. I like doing HIIT, strength training and walking outside so I'm more likely to be committed to regular exercise

I exercise the same all year, every year. I run 2-4 times a week and I do cross-training and/or strength training 5 days a week for 35-30 minutes.

I exercise a lot this year. I go to the gym six days a week and I go running 4 days a week during the summer.

I don't do much exercise in the traditional sense.  I don't work out or go to gyms.  I try to walk everyday and I get some exercise doing housework.

I do water aerobics every morning and feel pretty good about it.  I take the weekends off ;D
