Peanut Surveys
« on: September 22, 2015, 05:30:27 am »
Why are many of my Peanut surveys opening with no scrollers and inability to get to the bottom of the short questionnaire to click where it says you have qualified and it lets you begin the actual survey?  What's that about?  Anybody else?  Is there a way to fix it without contacting support?  Or imagine, support reads this and automatically fixes it!  That would be good customer service.

Yes, imagine if support does read this and handles the problem?  Does Peanut survey have a support link?  If not, I know that Fusion Cash does.

Perhaps either one or both of them should be sent your post.

I know I usually have problems with peanuts because I use Chrome. I don't have the same problems when using Firefox

NO. Just stop for the day and come back. Sometimes peanuts is good and a lot of the time it takes your information and does not have you to finish the survey.

I haven't seen this on PL, but I have had problems like this in the past with other things. If you can read smaller print, then you should try holding down the ctrl button and tap - (by the numbers at the top) it should make it smaller and you should be able to click it that way and of course ctrl + will make it bigger again if you need to. I hope this helps you, good luck!

I was flabberghasted today. The first Peanut survey I did I actually qualified. Got 31 cents!

Been a long time since I qualified for any of them, so it was a good day

It takes a few tries to get one to work but when you do it is nice.  Some of them give me a pennie.  I will take whatever I can get.  Keep trying and you will find one.

Well, hey, that's a great flabbleghast.  Congratulations.  I find Peanuts to be just like most other survey platforms;  sometimes it's great, sometimes not so much.  But as panelists, we keep plugging away because the qualifying questionnaires are only a few clicks away at any given time.

This could be a variety of issues but im sure it all has to stem from the browser or what you have running on the browser in the background
