Topic: anyone else having a problem with fusion cash crediting you last three days?  (Read 2608 times)

i don't understand why the past three days every survey i complete and says " you will be credited" doesn't happen. i have been doing so well for last several months and now all of a sudden i can't even get credit for videos. only thing that i can get credit for is the daily emails! this is so frustrating! i try all day long and am told i will be rewarded but it doesn't happen. 3 days now.....anyone else having this problem?

I have not had any problems, but I have not qualified for any surveys in the last three days.  I have gotten my DQ reward of $.01 for those I tried and wasn't accepted.  Sometimes videos credit for me, but many times they don't. Your issue must be very stressful to you.  I hope it will be resolved quickly.  Support here is awesome.

Christina, I have had the exact same problem that you describe the last 3 days as well, and i came to the forum to see if anyone else was having this happen....I have experienced this with every survey I have completed in the 'FC Surveys' section for the last 2 to 3 days....it says in green letters, ' you will be credited' but I havent received credits for the surveys yet......Fusion cash is a great site, hope the problem can be resolved

Since there are a few people who are having these problems, I suggest you guys put in a Support Ticket.  Could be a glitch in the system that they're not aware of.

i am so glad to hear i am not alone in this issue! i did do a support ticket and they said they are very busy so it may take awhile for them to get back to me. meanwhile, i am still doing surveys and told i am getting credited without getting credited of course in hopes that once it is fixed all that will come into my account. i sure hope it does!! this is really frustrating, but fusioncash has been so awesome so i am sure they will fix it. btw, i have even tried different browsers but no change....

ok, i just noticed something! i AM getting credited for the surveys offered on the side,(live surveys, give me your cents, your surveys etc.) just still not getting credit for fusion cash even though it says i am. so i will keep at the other surveys for sure until i see the issue resolved. just a heads up to those experiencing this issue too!

Christina, I am also recieving credit for the surveys on the side (LiveSample, Opinion Central, etc) but not from the 'FC Surveys'....so we both are having the exact problem ~

unfortunately same thing is happening to me i did about $5.00 in the last two days and nothing to show for it i wrote them a support ticket also but they usually tell you they cant do anything about it im hoping we all get our rewards as these surveys do take some time to complete and its not fair due to a glitch we dont receive our rewards its frustrating i love this site also and have never had this problem b4 so im hoping its only a one time thing and i think at the least we all deserve some kind of survey error on their part compensation  :dog:

I am new just signed up  on 9/8 ... I was doing fine and all of a sudden the past 2-3 days I am being told completed survey congrats and I am not being credited at all!!! Same thing for videos .02 no credit but I am doing hat I am told and I would like to know if I am wasting my time? I have referrals but NOW I am afraid to refer anyone else.


If I am not getting paid for surveys that have been completed then whats the sense in doing them here on Fusion cash, I get paid quickly on the DQ .01 bonus. I hope this is a legit site. Can anyone help me on how I get paid for my surveys Thank You keep earning :confused1:

Sorry to hear that some of you are having this issue. I am so glad that it is not happening to me because lately I don't qualify for hardly any surveys. At least I am getting the 1 cent for not qualifying. I also am getting credit for any videos I watch. Hope you all get it resolved soon.

Make sure you are documenting...type of survey (for example, FC, Peanuts, etc), subject, how much it is worth, time completed.  This info may help if you have to go directly to the home site of the survey.  Fusion often provides the canned response that if they don't get credit, neither do you!
Recently I had a problem with two surveys.  Went to the home site and received credit for one of them!

good news...when I signed into fusion cash this morning i noticed I had 10 extra dollars in my account, I then checked, and all the the 'fc surveys' surveys I completed in the last 3 or 4 days were credited to my account....so everyone that also experienced this glitch, check and keep an eye on your credits and hopefully everyone will get all there credits *  :)

I have not done any Surveys recently, but some Videos are still not consistent with crediting. But I am confident FC is seeing all these Post, and working on getting this Site back to normal.
