Update to: No credit for surveys

YAY! They must have investigated my inquiry. When I checked my email this morning I noticed there was credit for all the missing surveys! They didn't send me a response, so I don't know why it happened, but they did credit my account!

That's great. FC always gives us credit no matter what.

I have had that happen with FC.  I did not get credit for a survey and opened a ticket about it.  I never heard back from FC via email or response but noticed that I did get my credit. 

It feels good, doesn't it.  Thanks for updating us.

Yes it is always a great feeling, when credit finally appears for past work. I am happy for you, i know the feeling.

It is the first time I have had the issue when I didn't get paid for a survey that says you will receive the cash.  It must have just been a glitch and it is fixed now.  Thank goodness!

it doesn't happen often but FC does usually correct it when it does... glad it was resolved for you
