What are your favorite movies in comedy, drama, historical drama and suspense?  I love cult movies - Vanishing Point from the 1970's, World's Fastest Indian, Gone with the Wind and Blues Brothers.

My favorite movie in comedy is AIRPLANE, hands down. I laugh myself silly watching that film no matter how often I watch it. But The Wizard of Oz is my favorite movie of all time. It has great songs, great acting, great characters, everything.

Have to agree with braggin about Airplane.  Funny movie and it always makes me laugh.  Would be a good day to watch it, raining outside and just feels like a movie day.   Have watched Argo several times remarkable true story.   My favorites change from time to time.

The 3 Lord of the Rings movies are my favorites! I also really like Ben Hur; that was my favorite movie until I got hooked on LOTR.

I absolutely love horror and adventure movies, such as The Dark Knight Triology and all of the Nightmare on Elm Street installments.

My all time favorite movie is Tombstone with Val Kilmar and Kurt Russell. I fell in love with Val because of Doc Holiday. LOL

My favorite movies are Manhunter, Pulp Fiction, The Firm, The Hours, and Barfly. I like a lot of movies but these are some of my favorites. :thumbsup:
