Draft Kings, Fan Duel
« on: October 08, 2015, 06:49:41 am »
Hey everyone I am back for the time being. I have been playing draft kings and fan duel for a little while now and cant seem to win much of anything. Is there anyone on here that plays and would like to team up with me so we can try to win some money together. Please I need help with lineups. If there is someone on here that does play and can send me a winning lineup on a weekly basis I would gladly appreciate it. I have tried on Instagram but all they want is for you to pay them to give you a lineup I think that's bogus when they are making money playing anyway.

Would offer help if I played, but I only do the standard fantasy games where you draft a team before the season and stick with your drafted players (with add/drops) through the year.  I considered trying out the FanDuel/Draft Kings model, until I recently heard about employees of the two services playing on the other's system.  Just recently news came out that a Draft Kings employee won over $350k playing on FanDuel and there were suggestions that he had access to inside information to make his picks (using his own company's data and algorithms to get an unfair advantage).

I don't know if that is true or not, but anytime an employee of one wins that much on the other's system, it throws up red flags to me. I'll stick to the standard format and develop a team over the whole season...

Hi Gizmo42, I'd like to help you as I play regularly on draftkings but like you I hardly win myself! My suggestion is that you do your research on players you want to pick. For example, in the NHL some teams don't do well in certain arenas (Pittsburgh has a tough time winning in Philadelphia) so in that case you might not want to choose Fleury from the Penguins as your goalie. Also try playing in a free league, when you get on a hot streak, you might want to play for money by betting a dollar or something. Good luck!

I enjoy playing and win but havent broken bank either. What sports do you enjoy playing?I play all of them except soccer and NASCAR.

If you play NHL a good goalie i think tonight would be Rinne on Nashville. Also look for Flyers players at center and wings.

I like Drew Breese as a QB so far in NFL.I will put up more info if i see interest is there.

Yes I heard of this myself on CNN. I don't think its fair as well when we all are trying to win something off these.

Its a crap shoot with quarterbacks. I like Drew Brees as well but I might go with an Aron Rodgers as well. I just need to find that inside guy that is willing to give us a free lineup every week and not charge for it. If he is winning y cant he share what he knows.

One of these days I'm going to try Fan Duel but I can't legitimately use my money for gambling right now.
