Why did I lose money?
« on: August 18, 2009, 02:05:25 pm »
Alright, it's been a couple weeks since I've done any offers for FusionCash, due to being busy in my real life. Well, when I left, I had $4.15 cents worth that had been approved. When I came back, the total had gone from $4.15 to $2.40. However, the offers that made my $4.15 were STILL listed as approved. I sent Customer Support something about it the middle of last week and STILL haven't heard back from them. Can someone tell me why I might have lost that money?

Did they expire? You only get to keep them six months if you don't cash out.

No, no. I cashed out. The $4.15 was from starting over after a cashout. And I actually figured out what happened. WITHOUT the help of customer support, who STILL haven't gotten back to me, by the way.  :bs:  Apparently, an offer I completed before my last cashout for $1.75 had been approved. But then later, it got denied, almost as if they had changed their minds. So, they denied it AFTER I received my cashout, and took the $1.75 out of my current earnings. Honestly, I think that was unfair, but eh. Can't win them all.

Sorry about this - we sent an automatic email to you when the offer was denied.

What happened was, we paid you for that offer before we were paid by the advertiser.  Later, the advertiser informed us that they were not paying us for your signup, so we had to deny the credit.  Since you already cashed it out, the amount comes out of your available balance.

I didn't know you had to cash out before 6 months either,  thanks for letting me know.  That seems like an awful shady way of ripping someone off though, don't you think??? what if we want to save up for awhile so our checks will be bigger??? Doesn't seem fair!!!!! :crybaby2: :angry7:

I've lost money because I let it sit there before.  It's frustrating, but it's in the TOS.  Can't be mad about it when you just have to read through their terms.

sometimes offers require that you remain subscribed for so many days. Maybe you unsubscribed too soon
