blocking the aisles
« on: October 30, 2015, 08:56:28 am »
it's frustrating when people leave stuff in the aisles in stores.
good judgement on the stores' side to make the aisles wide and to have their employees keep a watch on that happening..
I don't go shopping in stores anymore. ....not since I got knocked down [and I use a walker]

My sister and I were at Walmart a few weeks ago and a whole display had fallen over completing blocking the aisle. But what frustrates me more is when people will not let you through. I was at Kroger and said excuse me to a lady at least 3 times and she just gave me a dirty look. People can be very rude sometimes.

I dislike mingling in public places. You meet the most obnoxious, rude, ill mannered people. :bad:

It's annoying! Some people...are so inconsiderate and they only think about their needs instead of helping others. It's a shame. :(

Some stores have wide isles and some have short isles. It is rude that someone would be blocking an isle by putting stuff in your path or being straight in the middle of the isle itself

Try shopping when the stores are less crowded.

It's annoying to have a store with narrow isles. For god's sake, make them wider because some people feel the need to block the whole walkway.

It is very annoying and some people are very  rude, if I knock over something, I at least try and move out of the aisles, but the worst are those talking on their cell phones and not caring that they are blocking everyone.

Losing YOU as a customer is not really a loss.  There are plenty of others who shop there.  Not being smart but I swear I get so sick of hearing that.  OH you have lost a customer.  Big deal.  They will get 10 new ones tomorrow.  And it is not the store's fault that customers are rude.  People in general are rude.  Employees are rude, customers are rude, it is just people in general.

I was at Walmart this morning and the lady in the department I was walking thru smarted off to a woman who was standing near me.  Then I made the mistake of asking her a question and she smarted off to me as well.  I choose not to let her ruin my day.

Some people are just down right rude, and they seem to think they are the only ones who count in a store. After saying excuse me but I would like to get through a couple of times, I will push my cart right up and try to pass.  Then I get a dirty look and I just say excuse me again but I though I had enough room to squeeze around you while you are blocking the aisle.  I know it is not nice but come on either push your carts over to the shelving better and leave the aisle clear or go some where else to talk.

People don't seem to bother me, I go when I'm not in a hurry most of the time.
