Eh, I'm non judgmental on it. If they come to the door with a kid and they're wearing a costume, I'm alright with it.

My costume this year cost $50. If people gave me a tiny Snickers bar for my troubles, it would be nice.  ;)

Google JediJohnnie and May the Force be with you!

1- I haven't passed out candy for a few years now because my children are grown and I don't have grandchildren.

2-If I was passing out candy and adults show up at my door......

I would treat them the same as I do with small children.  Some adults have mental health disabilities and I wouldn't want to "shame" anyone.  Also, we all have an inner child who wants to have a little bit of fun.

Have a great day!

A lot of adults really get into Halloween with the costumes and drinking of course.  I have never been one for Halloween.  What Halloween really means - is All Hallows Eve.  Not to be a celebrated.

Most people have no idea the meaning behind holidays.  I do not acknowledge halloween at all.

Very wise to feel that way CG.It is very easy to see spiritism and the presence of satan in Halloween now.The bible clearly states "friends with the world is enmity to God"And this system is ruled by Satan. Its certainly not hard to see that.

I understand many would feel its harmless to dress up and go trick or treating, but if 1 case arises where an innocent child was poisoned...that should be 1 reason to do your research on such a demonic day.

I don't get trick or treaters where I live, but I don't think adults should be out trick or treating. Thats for the kids. But I guess in this day and age, there are a lot of homeless, so it may be a form of food for some of them.

My sons friends come by and trick or treat they are in their 20's but  they know me.  It is kinda strange for a grown person to come to the door alone with no kids.   They  have parties for grown people,

No but then we don't get trick or treaters of any kind.  I think that is crazy though.  Man I think if I want candy I would go buy it.  If I want to dress up I would do it and stay at home and hand out candy and eat what I want of it lol.  Wow I guess it takes all kinds.

I have had adults ask for extra treats when they are with their children. They looked as though they were quite poor and so I did it. I just felt sorry for them.  :'(

When I'm home alone and answering the door for a couple of teen boys or older that are trick or treating, I don't like it at all. It makes me quite uncomfortable.

I do think there is supposed to be an age limit in different areas to protect people.  If adults came to my door purporting to be trick or treating, I'm not sure what my reaction would be, but I don't think it would be good.  >:(

Don't really mind. If its before 9pm and you have a costume then it's fine for me.. Don't bother opening up the door for teenagers who don't have a costume
