if there is a problem I can't deal with.

That is how I feel sometimes when I have computer tech support.
Many problems can be solved "hands on" by the user [me].

Fortunately, the company I chose does not bug me all the time.

There are imperfections in every browser.
There are some websites that are safe and still give you problems.
I am very happy with Kaspersky firewall internet service that my computer tech company installed for me.
I may or may not renew with the tech company.
Kaspersky catches every problem for me.

yes i know tech support is a *bleep*, sometimes like recently they didnt even answer the phone in 40 minutes at sparkletts

I definitely agree and it can be annoying and frustrating to deal with.

get calls from Windows saying they have reports that my window whatever is having problems so i said whatever no i said it doesn't seem to be having problems.How do i know if they are really from Windows whatever.

It is frustrating to wait a long time and then get someone who can't help you.  I use ESET as my virus software and am very happy with it.
