Sometimes surveys are hard to qualify for. But FC is definitely not a scam. It's just takes some time to be able to cashout.

It's definitely not a scam site. It's a site that's good for around $400 year if you put in time. It just takes a little work.

This is not a scam.  I have been a member for about four years and have been paid at least every other month.  Just because you are not qualified for certain things doesn't mean that you won't get qualified.  You just have to keep trying.
