I took my daughter to see Jurassic World last weekend. We have a discount movie theater near us and the local grocery store prints "buy one get one" admissions on the back. Cost $3.00 total for both of us. AND, we really enjoyed the movie.

I just saw Spectre last night (was kinda disappointing, not worth to see in theaters).  A couple of nights prior was Bridge of Spies..that was good.

Movies at my small town theater cost $2.25 on Wednesday...or $3.00 at most.  It just gets the latest movies a month later.  I usually end up going once a month or so.

It has been quite a long time ago since I went to the movies.

We went to the movies earlier this summer when we took our daughter to see Inside Out.  We don't go to the movies all that much, maybe 2 or 3 times a year.  It is just so much cheaper to wait for it to come out on video and rent it.  It is nice to watch a movie from the comfort of my own home and to not pay out the wazoo for a little bit of popcorn and a normal sized drink!  (Plus I can pause the movie when I have to take a bathroom break and not miss a crucial plot twist or dialog).

I went to the dollar theater last week and am going again tomorrow.  ;D  Tuesdays are dollar day so I schedule my errands around a movie to fill up the day.

I haven't been to the movies in over a year.  I usually just wait for them to come out on DVD or to come on TV.

The last movie I saw was The Minions... you know with the kids.  It was cute.  But the first Despicable Me was the best, IMHO

The last movie I saw was THE GIFT.  Glad I waited for a free Redbox promo to rent it.  Okay movie, just not worth the money to see it in the theater.

It's a lot cheaper to rent a DVD than to go to the theater.
