Why doesn't the PayPal work in Canada?
There's no other option?

It may have something to do with the currency exchange rate. Converting American money to Canadian money.

I would suggest contacting FC.  They helped me with a problem I had recently to my satisfaction.  I did not get what I was seeking but I was ok with the resolution they gave.

You do need to go to "support" and see if they can help you.  Maybe you could have them send you a check.

If you have a solvable problem other then why I survey stopped at the end and said it was full for that day or whatever just to stop you from finishing. FC will answer your question and do its best to help you.

Paypal is the only option for Canadian users. If you're using Paypal it has to be a verified account meaning linked  to a bank account or credit card.

The currency shouldn't be an issue, once you're verified all should be well. Contact PayPal to see what could be the issue.

Follow the set up rules and you should be okay in Canada.
FC pays on time every time, so it is worth the time to set it up correctly.

I used to use Paypal, I live in the US, but I switched to direct deposit and I love it! You might want to try that, sometimes it goes in earlier than the other options too!
