I don't think it would be good for me; I'm sure it would lead to bad headaches for me or worse.

I've fasted for three days. I got dizzy by the end of the 3rd day, so I had to eat something. You have to train your body, because it's not that easy.

From my understanding, this is just not eating after 7pm or before 9am (or something like that).  I do that sometimes and it works well to control my weight.  It takes a lot of discipline for me because of my night time munchies but I always feel better that next morning than I would have if I had eaten.

Intermittent fasting is good for controlling your weight, and it helps with cravings.

It's a form of cleaning your system.

i've tried it to a certain extent, sometimes you only have so much time in the day. eating a large meal at the beginning the day and digesting it throughout a long period of time works for some people. drink water if you are going to do this, being dehydrated is bad for you.

I fasted for almost a week in 2012 and you're right, it does take mental training.

I've fasted for three days. I got dizzy by the end of the 3rd day, so I had to eat something. You have to train your body, because it's not that easy.

I have never tried fasting at all.  Intermittent fasting can't be good for you when your body is going from one extreme to another.

If I went for 3 days without eating I would either never be hungry again or I would binge bigtime and blow the whole thing.  Perhaps it works for some but I don't think it's a healthy thing to do.

I know what fasting is, but not sure what intermittent fasting is. What's that?
