Curious about a problem?
« on: November 23, 2015, 04:47:50 am »
I put a support ticket in a few weeks ago and they haven't given me any reply. It was moved to tier one. Just wondering if anyone else had the same problem I had. It was really strange and very frustrating at the same time. Twice within a couple weeks I completed surveys, total completion, no mistaking that, they congratulated me for completing them and then went on to the classification questions. All done and completed, then they ask one more question, what is 7+4, of course I answer 11, then a window pops up saying I am disqualified and I have earned my penny. WHAT! I just spent 20-30 minutes completing each survey to the end for that? Just curious if this has happened to anyone other than me? LOL, I just don't understand. I'm pretty much over it now, but I sure hope  it doesn't happen again. I don't my poor computer can handle it.

It's sadly something that happens. I've completed long surveys and gotten the disqualification and quota met screens. It's the marketing company kicking us out and not Fusioncash so they can't really do anything about it. It's just a part of the survey world. I've had it happen on multiple other sites

I have had similar things happen to me and not just on Fusion Cash. It has happened on all my sites. Surveys are a hit or a miss. Usually, all goes well and you will get credited for completing a survey but, every so often, something like what happened to you happens. I am very unhappy when this happens but there is not much you can do about it. Just accept it and move on. Probably, the next survey will go well and credit you.

Just yesterday, I thought that I had completed a survey but instead got a message that I had been disqualified and would I like to try another. I did not want to try another.  This was not on Fusion Cash by the way.

If this problem is happening with one particular survey site, I would avoid that site. I hope that you got credit for some surveys the same week that you had your problems.  Did you?

What was strange was the addition problem then the disqualification.

I also experienced the same thing on FC and other sites.  That is really frustrating.

Earlier last week, I was having a 'bad survey day'.  Included in that day was a daily survey on FC that I, too, completed successfully - got the congratulation page and everything.  I hit submit, and poof, all gone.

Although I do expect this from time to time, it does take a little air out of my sails.

The last 2 times I had this happen, I was able to rate my survey experience at the very end.  Even though I love giving compliments and usually do, these 2 times I did voice my frustration.

I don't know it it will help or not but at least I was able to vent a bit.

That's one reason why I rarely attempt surveys. Either I don't qualify at all, or I get to the end and then a glitch in the system makes me lose my earnings.

I've also had things like this happen and I usually end up taking a survey break for a couple of days. It can be really frustrating especially when it's a really long or boring one. I don't think there's much FC can do about it though, so when you finally get a reply it may not be what you expect. I like your positive attitude, I try not to let it get the best of me or discourage me either so after a day or two I get over it as well lol

This has happened to me a couple of times.  It is frustrating to answer all those questions and then have them say you did not qualify for the survey,

Tickets are responded to slower in the holiday months then any other. Possible case event he people who run these sites get busy at times they have lives to and will get to the ticket when they can . They do get a bunch of tickets each day im sure about this and that and have a backlog of them to get to.

I've said it before and I'll say it again...Survey companies, in situations such as this, should offer a nominal incentive for providing all that work and information.  In my opinion, a nickel wold be nice once you have completed either most or all of a survey.

Nope, I usually get surveys done in half the time they say it will take and get instant credit every time and I never get disqualified. (in my dreams)

I haaaaate that! I dont like getting all the way to the end and all of a sudden an invalid survey form pops up and you lose credit for that whole time

FC did look into it and they did give me credit. Rather they gave me bonus credit, but nonetheless I did in the end get paid for it. I really do appreciate that. It wasn't a normal disqualification which I have had more times than I care to count or remember.

I did a survey, have a screenshot showing that it was at 99%, and when I hit the finish button, I got an error message. Support got back to me essentially saying "too bad for you". 15 minutes spent and nothing in return. It's not the first time it has happened to me here in the couple weeks since I've joined, but it is my first experience with support. Only another $3.20 until I can cash out and I think I may be done. I've had this happen at other similar sites, but when I send in a support ticket in an identical situation, they've always credited me.
