Self Improvement cd's
« on: December 11, 2015, 06:35:48 pm »
I am listening to a great cd called " How to stop worrying and start living", by Dale Carnegie. I rate this cd 5 star out of 5. It touches on a lot of different stories about things we stress and worry about that can cause us illness. It is very detailed and gives steps to help us with controlling how we deal with situations that cause us to stress and worry.

Thank you for the info, it sounds like a good self improvement cd to check out. I try to find new cd's so it's nice when someone supports them.

I have a lot of audio books and talks.  I love Wayne Dyer, Gregg Braden, Eckhart Tolle, etc.  They've had a positive effect on my life.  :glasses-nerdy: :peace:

I use to listen to those self help improvement cd's.......until I accepted Jesus Christ I don't need that anymore.....The Word (The Bible) God will transform you from the inside out.
