I have been very depressed lately. I am in a long distance relationship and we have not seen each other for over a month now. I just found out last night, there is a chance that we may not see each other next weekend either.  >:(

Hope you feel better soon. I have been depressed before. If it gets bad, you might want to go to the doctors. You might want to go just in case. It's always good to get a checkup.

LD relationships are VERY difficult to maintain.  :bad:

Why don't one of you consider moving?  :female: :male: Is that possible?

If not, you might consider getting some friends to hang with, find a great new hobby to keep up your spirits, find a therapist you can tell your problems to, or break off your present relationship and find someone closer to you.

In any case, don't dwell on the situation and keep yourself upset. Feeling sorry for yourself is the worst.

Have to agree with last post.  Can either one of you move?  If not, keep busy, go out with friends, get a hobby, volunteer you have to keep busy and not sit and dwell on it.  Long distance relationships can be extremely hard.  Good luck!

Life has a good way about putting us in that boat you just have to remember your better than all that stress and confirm it with be over and on a new track and u will start to see a big change think positive get positive results is how I always look at it KEEP UR HEAD UP

I know how it feels like. My husband used to go out of town most of the days initally.

Dont worry when things change, It will get better soon.

Now just cheer you up with hanging with friends and engage urself with things happenings... Feel better soon
