  What do you do when you have nothing to do! How do you plan a life?! How do you travel.

I always have something to do. I plan things to do everyday and leave space for the unexpected.

You plan according to your finances and circumstances.  Everyone's situations are different, but there are always ways you can accomplish your goals; the library and Google is a very valuable resource.

When I have nothing to do, I may just watch TV or play a video game.

Honestly can't think of a time where I had nothing to do.  It's a rare situation but that may just be me.  I do currently have more time on my hands now that I'm retired but still there isn't a time where I have nothing to do.  There is always cleaning and cooking.
