Do you have squirrels where you live?

Squirrels are a magnificent animal. Do you have them at your neighborhood? They were planted in my neighborhood just a couple of years ago because I was here when I was a young girl; I would have noticed that. They like peanuts with the shells on more than the corn. Now I don't have a rat problem. Thank you Squirrels, I would give them a hug but they are wild and would bite me but beautiful because this is National Hugging Day. Have a gr8 day

They are pretty much everywhere. We have them here in Southern California, but there are probably more skunks and opossums.

I see squirrels running up and down my trees constantly.  They are pretty to watch as long as you don't have a problem with them getting into your attic.

We see squirrels around here all the time; even in town!

We have all kinds of squirrels up our hollow in NE KY.  Red ones, grey ones.  We have one that is becoming quite plump from all of the birds' food he has been eating!  Fortunate for them no one hunts squirrels up our hollow like they used to to do!

All over my area, though I am seeing more red and black ones as opposed to grey.

We have gray squirrels but they were brown where I grew up.  I enjoy watching them chase each other and play.

Oh yeah. We have plenty of them here in the northeast. Can't go a half mile without seeing one squished in the road during the fall. At my grandmother's there's a stump at the end of the driveway they crack nuts on. It looks like a shrine, lol.
