Is MyPoints now a scam?

I have done MyPoints for years; however, in the past few years I haven't been as actively on it as I used to be. I did redeem something a couple of months ago and it came instantly. I just do the bare minimum if I remember it at all, usually just the e-mails.

This is the first time I've ever had a problem. I've been with My Points for years, and cashed out plenty of times. So I'm thinking it's a technical glitch with their site. I just wish their customer service would respond. I don't want to go to BBB, but if they don't hep me, I'll have to. That's too many points to lose. Their FB support seems to respond faster than email, but I haven't gotten the issue resolved yet.

I have been a member of MyPoints for maybe 8 years.

You can hit a snag once in a while, but for me it has been very seldom.

I cash out getting $10 BP gas gift cards.

I am really very pleased with the site.

sounds like an excuse ive never used them . you should check out a scam site and see if there listed.

Their Facebook support is great, and they told me what the problem was. Apparently my ISP was flagging their fraud detection, because with satellite internet, it changes all the time, and was showing in TN when I'm in NY. So I cashed out from work, and had no problems.

Ive been using them for many many years, and never had a problem I just have to always remember to cashout a card 2 months before I want it, as it takes that long to get them

I have never tried to cash out on MyPoints!  I think I will check my account and see what happens if I try to cash out!  I don't even know what the cash out limits are......

I cashed out my earnings from mypoints not too long ago. I was paid and received my reward from them. I would contact support and let them know the issue. Hopefully,  they can resolve it.

My husband is in MyPoints.  He has been for years and years.  I've heard him say before that "as soon as they credit me I can cash out" a few times.  But given time it always happens.

I am not familiar with Mypoints. I hope you get your points. It wouldn't be nice if you did not get them.
