Is MyPoints now a scam?

I hope MyPoints didn't turn into a scam site! I've been earning points there for year, mostly through their paid emails and coupons, and sometimes from shopping. I usually cash out as soon as I get enough points, but this time I waited, and now I have almost 14,000 points (mostly because the Swappable offer earned me a lot of points, and I had to wait for them to come off pending.) Every time I try to cash out, I get a message telling me my account is unavailable. I sent in a support ticket but I got a reply saying that they are backlogged, so it will be a while before they get back to me. It seems like just a convenient excuse. My account is still active, I can still earn points, but I sure hope I didn't get scammed by what used to be one of the easiest point earning sites!

I'm not familiar with My POints.  I pretty much stay with Fusioncash.  They haven't let me down yet.

I do Mypoints  been with for 5 yrs its ok can take awhile to get enough points haven't had problems so far. have about 560 points will take another 6mns to get to 1000 so I can cash out.

I cashed out not too long ago (a week maybe?) from MyPoints and had no problems.  Of course, it was no where near the amount of points you've accumulated.  Maybe it takes a bit longer due to the amount of points you have?  I can't say.

Some of your points is still pending on there list.   So that point not count as your cash out yet.  You go to your point account and find out when it ready to cash out.  And then cash out, they don't credit it right away.  Some of them waited 30 days or more.

I stopped using them for a while but before that I thought I had a lot of points but then recently I started again and saw my points weren't as much.  I didn't think they expired.  Now I'm focusing on using it more to build up my points.  I cashed out with them a few times over the last few years and never had a problem.

I have been using mypoints for several years now and have never had any issues. I usually just take the credit to the paypal account and then spend from there.

as far as I know mypoints is legit.  Right now they are doing the sneaky snowflake contest to get free points which I have won a few times.

It just takes a long time to get points but I still do it. It is not one of my main sites though

I hope there is no problem with that site.  I plan on cashing out in a couple of months to use on my trip to Hawaii.

I think maybe they are still in the process of updating for the new year. Who knows I have not earned enough points yet to redeem any prizes yet but It does looked promising.

No, there's a definite problem. They keep telling me my account is unavailable, even though I can still log in and earn points, just not redeem them. Looks like a lot of people have been having this problem, and the only way to get it resolved is to go through BBB. Supposedly it has to do with their new security system.
