Curious about videos

I was wondering if anyone is getting credit for multiple times daily videos? Every time I try I never seem to receive credit. Atone time I would, then it was random, now it is never. Just wondering if it is just me or if there is a problem with the videos themselves. I don't waste much time trying anymore because it really has been a waste of my time. But when I do try every now and then they never seem to pay.

They seem to be crediting for me.  Every so often, one may not credit, but overall, they do.

same here, paints.. they aren't crediting as much as during the holidays but still do for the most part

Someone posted a helpful tip that I follow and the videos always credit now: after the video countdown ends, click the x close out at the top right. Then it redirects to a page with ads, and just randomly click one. Wait a bit and then close the window.

One day this week they worked and credited for me.  I was able to do all of them.  The next day it was back the way it had been nothing.  I had changed nothing between the days of them not crediting, crediting and again not crediting.  I have proceeded exactly the same way,  same equipment, something had to have changed on the other end.

Thank you for putting that info on here, I am aware that I have to close it, but I am sure that many people probably aren't and don't realize they have to close the window. Unfortunately that isn't the reason I am not receiving credit. Still not sure why, but that isn't it.

I always close the window when I'm done and wait a bit. Right now I'm having better luck with videos crediting on Chrome. Some time when Chrome doesn't work then all of the sudden they work on FF. It's kind of strange.

This happens quite often! You will see complaints on here about them a lot. I was able to get credit for one today and yesterday I gave up. I wish Fusion would pay more attention to our posts and get this problem ongoing resolved.

Most of them are working for me, maybe it is just January, hope February will be much better.

Some days I receive credit for ONE. Other days I don't receive credit for even one of them.  I've tried everything I can think of; even waiting a while to close it. Still didn't work. It's crazy. PUtting a ticket in doesn't help.  If I get any response it's the canned one that "we don't get paid if you don't get paid"  or to "try something else." 

The most frustrating part of those multiple videos that don't pay is that you waste 2 minutes each time you watch their videos, not just 1. I now try them and check my account after every one. If they don't credit the second time, I move on.

Are you absolutely sure it's been more than 24 hours since you tried before?
