Question about Paid to Post

hello everyone

I just started posting here at FC like 5 days ago, I understand that to qualify you must make atleast 30 post in 30 calendar days... my question is, does that include replies to my own post or does it only include new topic I post

It includes responses (like mine here!) as well as your original posts.  The post must be "contributory", that is, you can't just reply "me too" or something like that to someone's post; yours must actually say something or "contribute" something to the conversation.  There are so many forums and places to start your own thread or comment on someone else's, that it is generally pretty easy to do.  Just remember the posts need to be in the calendar month and they do take a while to credit.  I try to make at least 2 posts a day (sometimes more, sometimes less), that way, I reach the 30 mark before the end of the month and can submit my request.  Of course, the posts I make from then until the end of the month aren't counted.  Since you don't get more $$ for posting more than 30, I try to make the request shortly after I reach 30.

It includes responses. Creating 30 separate topics for every single person here would be way too much.

The forum would be ridiculous if everyone had to create 30 new topics a month. It's just 30 contributory posts not counting anything on the promotions or word chains boards

Also if you happen to post something that does not qualify as an eligible post, you will not get credit for that particular post. Once you reach the required amount of posts and hit the Paid to Post button, you will know exactly how many eligible posts you have for the posting period.

i have a follow-up question...

so lets say I have made 30 or more valid post but from feb 1 to 15... does it mean I can alreay request for payment or do I have to wait for the 30th calendar day ?

You can request it early and have peace of mind that you finished a task for the month. It still won't get processed any faster though.

Try to post something everyday if you can, sometimes I forget and have to catch up. There are some pretty interesting stuff on the forum.

That's all count toward the posts except promotion/contest. After 30 posts you have to fill the post bonus request form on that month.
