I am receiving this message on a lot of the pages I have visited today on FC:   Action Required: Your email address (******) is not receiving our messages. When attempting to send you an email, we encountered this error: Other undefined Status. Please update your email address, checking carefully for typographical errors. You should also confirm that the account is still active.   

I did receive my daily email this morning.  My balance is also okay.  I did submit a support ticket but there is a note on that page saying they are behind in responses so response time may be slow.   I did try to "verify" my email on my account page but I received the same notice.

Has anyone had this problem and how did you solve it?    The email listed in the above notice is my correct email   This is making me a bit nervous.

That is strange.  I've had weird things happen with my online accounts before but this one is new to me. 

Is Fusion Cash the only site where you are getting these messages?  Was your email account hacked? 

Whatever the issue, I do hope you get it resolved soon.

Yep, Fusion Cash is the only site I'm having where I'm having this issue.  I have no indication  that my email was hacked.  It just seems Fusion Cash can't send me any emails.   I'm curious to see if I get my daily email tomorrow.   Hopefully it's just a small glitch.   I have gotten credit for everything I've done today so hopefully this will  get resolved.

Same problem happened to me.  My email address has no problem to receive emails from other parties.  I just changed my FC account with a new address, but FC refused to allow to switch back to my old, original address.  I think it was marked as bad, can not use it again on FC.

Open a new Gmail account and add it to your PayPal, then use that one.

Open a new Gmail account and add it to your PayPal, then use that one.

I did as you suggested.  Added my gmail account to my papal and then changed FC to the gmail account.  Thanks for the suggestion.  I did not realize I could have multiple emails attached to my paypal account    For now everything looks okay.  Not receiving the messages about my account from FC.   Thanks Much!!

having the same issue not really wanting to open another account as i already have three email accounts that i deal with daily not really wanting a fourth.

If you use Firefox and add the plugin X-Notifier it handles multiple Gmail accounts easily. I have (15) I monitor all the time and it lets me know if I have new mail.

Same email problem is happening again.   I just changed it to a brand new email address, working ok for two days.   Today I got the same warming alert again.
