Hey, My Survey Credited My Account After All

About a week ago I was working on a 90 cent Pet Survey.  Pet Surveys are among my very favorite since pets are such a joy in my life.   :cat:  :dog:  Anyway, I was just about done with the questionnaire when suddenly, I had what appeared to be a break away.  Where in the world did my survey go?  I had no idea.

After a little time went by I began to close out my tabs on the lap top when suddenly, there it was, my survey re-appeared; or maybe it just came out of hiding.

I had already logged off of Fusion Cash but I completed the survey anyway since it was right there on the screen.  Well, I didn't get credit for completing it even though, technically I did.  I waited until later in the day and nothing.  After a couple of days I still had not been credited.   >:(

So, I sent a support ticket to Fusion Cash giving them all of the details.  Even though I don't think they were really able to do anything about my situation I did receive credit today. 

Thank you Fusion Cash, thank you survey company, I don't remember which company it was.  LOL.  It really made my day to see that my account was credited 90 cents. 

In your attempts to take surveys, if strange things happen like what I experienced, try to do the best you can to complete what you are required to do.  If necessary, bring it to the attention of the Fusion Cash admin. 

You may be pleasantly surprised like I was this morning.   ;D

Good for you!  90 cents is a lot to lose.  Congratulations on your getting it!

I think it is always worth it to open a support ticket when a survey does not credit. Sometimes it helps and other times it does not. In this case, you had a good result.  :) :thumbsup:

Yes, I agree.  Even if the situation is out of Admin's control, at least we let them know that there are some issues that we experience.  So it could actually be of help indirectly.

I've had email notifications about receiving survey credit and I don't even remember taking it and/or that it didn't credit. I've also had the same survey keep popping up on my list because I wasn't able to complete it because of errors

Congrats! I tend to let things go, but maybe I should open support tickets more often.

I believe I have had similar experiences in the past: Something goes a little hay wire with the survey, I keep going and later that week I receive credit.  Typically I don't send support tickets unless  there is something very specific I need assistance on.  But this time I had a feeling that Fusion Cash should know that things got a little weird. 

All's well that ends well.   :)

I hope you get credit as well.  As frustrating as it is at times, the most important thing here is to stay active and keep trying.  It's a numbers game.  The more your participate, the more numbers there will be in your favor.   :)

I had one that took a few days to credit, I forgot about it in fact, but I did get the credit!
Well that was a nice surprise.  Congratulations.  It's so much more fun when you get credit that you forgot about than when you are denied credit; whether you forgot about that particular offer or not.  :silly:
