Oh happy National Pizza day all - we didn't have pizza today although I am crazy about it because we happened to have had it day before yesterday.  Today it was cold/chilly in our area so we made a pot of chili our go to meal if it happens to get cold here in central florida.

Perfect reason to have pizza tonight! I love pizza and enjoy making it. I've become more adventurous with different toppings. My favorite is home made sauce with mozzarella and goat cheese, carmalized onions, spinach, roasted pears and grilled chicken. Mmmm....
