Hey Fusion, FIX YOUR VIDEOS Please

Fusion, HyprMax has not been available lately to any extent.  Now, the Content, etc. videos are not functioning properly.  They have been somewhat difficult anyway because of only so many in 24 hours.  Okay, I can deal with that when they work.  However, now the others are messed up.  How about getting this video thing under control?  It is frustrating and a waste of time and effort when these issues turn up time and again.  Some of these videos have had warnings of viruses and/or worms. Can we have some kind of consistency and support that the videos do not contain any of these issues, even if bogus?  Thanx!!!!!

I got credited 5 times for one of the videos. Sometimes it's a hit or miss but at least RL has been working for me. I do think it's weird that the HyprMx videos haven't been there a whole lot, if at all.

The so many x a day videos weren't crediting for me for along time. After attempting them daily and not receiving any credit at all for over 2 weeks I sent a support ticket in. It took a week to get a reply, they told me if I wasn't getting paid neither were they and I should stop trying to do them and move on to something else. Then after that when I tried to do them again I guess I had been blocked from trying because if I clicked on them the countdown never started it would go back to the start page or a pop up would come up saying no videos available.

As for hyprmx not being around, I went for a couple of weeks without seeing it.  All I had were the multi completion ones that wouldn't work).  I think with hyprmx the thing is it will eventually run out if that is all people are doing so if you are late to the party you are out of luck.  Now that there are some other options in videos emerging (and more surveys etc) I think the stuff that works is not running out early.  Still a ton of buggy stuff but since I can find some that work smoothly not so frustrating.  FWIW I gave up contacting "support" as I tried on a security concern to let them know what happened (being redirected by video) and all they gave me was that standard canned if they don't get paid you don't get paid try something else.  All they need to have said was Thank you for reporting this we will check this out.

I try to watch videos all the time.  It seems like since the year began, there haven't been many good video options.  Most of the Vidoday, Content Carousel, Watch the Content, etc. etc. etc. either don't have anything available, or you watch them and they fail to credit your account.  Maybe the admins need to try them themselves, and remove all the ones that are wasting our time.

Exactly since the first of the year thing have not been working well.  I designed and managed a website for several years and when ever I made changes I had to test the functionality  of what I change and that it didn't screw anything else up and I needed to test it in both IE and FF.  I think here they make changes and don't test them live and don't monitor for errors or if someone is suppose to be doing it they are not doing their job very well since it is a 1-1/2 months in and the bugs are every bit as bad, there is just some other stuff so it doesn't sting as much.

The situation has improved as of this morning.  All the videos that I clicked on worked properly and I believe that I was credited for every one.

I was about to come over here and post the same thing! The HyperMX videos have been working OK, but they take SOOOO LOOOONNNGGG! None of the video carousel or website carousel videos work at all any more. Those are the ones I used to rely on. I tried all 3 browsers, cleared cookies, etc. Vidoday worked at first, but now I always get a message saying there is no offer available at this time. Please, FC fix the videos!
