Probably 60% of my calories come from carbs and I can still lose weight because it's coming from real food and not just junk

Every person can't follow the same diet or exercise plan and it work the same. I know plenty of people that are very strict about eating and exercising and don't lose weight while others eat junk and sit around and drop weight quickly.

I would agree with cutting carbs but I would also limit salt and avoid junk food.
Instead of drinking a cup of coffee in the morning i would replace it with a full
bottle of water as the water helps to reduce appetite. When you want a snack
 chew a piece of gum instead.

First place to start is your refrigerator, remove the ice-cream and replace it with "nuts and raisins" or fruits. Second do a colon cleanse, if you eat a lot practice eating 90% of the food on your plate. Finally sunlight, water and exercise should be your new friend.

Losing five pounds is easier if you watch your salt intake and limit portions.

Change up your workouts. Cardio and strength-training. Lifting heavier weights can really rev up your metabolism.

Some one talked me about the Military Diet. Look it up they say the first week you loose around 5 lbs.

Although I never had problem with weight (thinking of bulking)... I would probably watch food consumption and daily exercise... Cut sugary stuff like pastries, desserts, or stuff u put in coffee, soda, etc.. Eat lean food like chicken or fish

Does any body have any tips on how to lose five pounds? I usually don't have to struggle too much to lose five pounds, but it has been a few months and I am ready to lose it because I do not want to gain more. I just want to feel more comfortable in my cloths again.

Watch what you eat and exercise.
