I love eggs.  I eat them several times a week.  We sometimes have breakfast for dinner because they are quick and easy to do.

I love eggs, but I don't eat them like I used to. I would eat scrambled eggs for breakfast with all of the fixings. And then I'd find different recipes with eggs and see what the family likes. But I do love eggs, whether scrambled, fried, in a toss salad, deviled eggs, I love them  and I love trying to add them to different recipes to spice it up.

I need to eat more eggs. They are a great source of protein, which I need. Meat is getting so expensive.

This topic was a good reminder to incorporate them more into my diet.

I eat boiled eggs maybe once or twice a week.  When I was younger I hated scrambled eggs.  I hate the smell.  It's only been in the last four years that I've been eating scrambled eggs.  I don't even cook them at home but when I'm out I will eat them.  I like egg salad and deviled eggs too.

I do. I eat scrambled egg and cheese sandwiches occasionally. I also like eggs over easy with toast for breakfast every now and again. When I am motivate, I will make boiled eggs and turn them into egg salad.
