Do you eat spinach?

Yes, I really like spinach! It is good cooked and raw. Recently I found a recipe for a spinach alfredo pizza that is extremely delicious. It easy to make; you mix chopped spinach with alfredo sauce, spread it on the crust, then top with artichoke hearts, mushrooms, and cheese.

Yes.  I like raw spinach in salads.  I like cooked spinach in lasagna and other casseroles.

Spinach is one of my favorite vegetables but I usually eat it canned.  I used to plant spinach but I only do tomatoes now.  When I had it in the garden I put it in salad as well as cooking it.

I too enjoy Spinach and so far there isn't way prepared I've disliked.  Even my youngest (9) likes raw spinach.  When I make salads she'll pick it out and eat only that for her greens.  I'm also an avid smoothie mixer and spinach goes into them 9 out of 10 times.

Definitely! I get a big container from Costco. Sometimes I will sit down and de-stem all the spinach for about fifteen minutes and sautee it with onions and garlic in chicken broth. Generally I like to put a cup of it into omelettes. I try to make a breakfast burrito with spinach in it for my son's breakfast every morning and then make two egg white omelettes for my wife and I  with spinach in it. I make lunch salads for my wife and I that have several different kinds of lettuce in them and, of course, spinach is one of them.  My daughter, who is currently at college, has taken on a vegetarian diet and spinach is a huge staple in that. Today I am aiming to make broiled, spinach wrapped halibut for Easter dinner. And steak for the non vegetarians.

Yes I do, cooked, either alone or mixed with turnip greens and kale.  FAAAAAAAABULOUS!

Health issues got me eating spinach.  Those issues have gotten me to give up pizza, so I have not tried it on pizza.  I only eat it raw and it's mostly thrown in the blender for a smoothie or its a spinach salad.
