I like raw spinach in salad but the absolute best use of spinach I have found was spinach and cheese layered in phylo dough and cut in squares.  Had it at a pot luck and always meant to make it but never have.  It was absolutely delicious.

Yes.
I love spinach.  I have a spinach salad almost everyday.   
I make a quick cooked spinach dish with fresh spinach, garlic & olive oil, it's delicious & takes like 5 minutes.

I love spinach usually any which way but my all time favorite is a spinach salad with fresh strawberries, a sprinkle of nuts and cranberries and a dressing (home made) of a little olive oil, rice vinegar and strawberry preserves.  Just too yummy!!!!

Spinach is the one vegetable I can literally eat everyday, multiple times a day. I like it raw, cooked, in a smoothie, in any kind of dish.

I love raw spinach.  I eat spinach salad a lot....spinach, bacon, hard boiled eggs.  We also do one with spinach, feta cheese, walnuts and sesame salad dressing (FAR EAST brand from Costco), any cheese or nuts you like.

Sometimes I throw spinach in a smoothie but I prefer kale.

I like spinach. It's good for you. I try to avoid eating too much however. They have certain chemicals that block absorption of certain nutrients in high volumes.
