If you are having trouble paying for living expense try to downsize or ask family/friends if they are interested in splitting the rent or bills. Just make sure the environment is good for you and not have roommates that are hot headed (get into arguments or fights), drugs, or shady.

I think ur best bet to get out of "little job experience and education" is try seeing if you can get into a vocational college (or trade school). They will give they experience for certain profession like mechanic, IT, electrician, programming, etc. My father went to a trade school, and was trained as a car mechanic. After several experiences of knowing how to fix/maintain things, he now he works as a airline technician... A lot cheaper than getting a college degree and the technical skills is always needed (as things need to be maintained, fixed, etc). See if you are eligible for financial aid and do part time school. Might be slow on getting ur vocational degree but maintaining ur life and job is also important. Most colleges (not sure trade schools) have payment plan if you can't pay for the large sum of tuition. Meaning it will be split into separate payments and it will add up to pay for your total tuition cost.

For example my tuition for my bachelors in Electrical and Computer Engineering Tech in a university is around $8000. Instead of paying for $8000 I could pay $2000 for every month (4 months), instead of taking out a hefty student loan that will f me for years. My community college (which I got my associates degree) was around $2000 or $3000 a semester. Payment plan for 4 months that is $500 or $750 a month... That is without financial aid and also trade school of course will be a lot cheaper and financially manageable than pursing a bachelors degree (not sure if same cost as community college or less)

Good Luck!

First, stop the oh woe is me pity party.  You don't have a High School Diploma-get your GED.  If you are working a low wage job, then take night classes online at your community college-courses are cheaper when in your community.  Get your Associate degree, Start looking for a job that pays more.  When you do, go to an accredited school to get your Bachelors Degree to get the job of your choice-If you are serious about making something of yourself.
