TapResearch Daily Survey

Anyone else out here getting the following message after clicking on TapResearch Daily Surveys?  Been getting this since yesterday, and it never brings me to any surveys.  I just get this message, whereas before, it was taking me to the TapResearch surveys directly:

I was able to take a survey on Sports Participation at Tap Research today, but wasn't credited for it.

Tap has been great for me lately.  However, I too have received the message that I've been DQ'd before I even begin.  I think it's because my demographics are already in the system and as soon as I log in to a survey, the system will DQ me because I'm not a good fit for that questionnaire. 

Because I do not take it personally, I stay with it, continuing to sift through until the system finds something I qualify for. Sometimes I qualify for another survey and other times there is nothing available at the time.  So I try again later.

Patience pays off; I have been doing quite well not only with Tap but other survey panels also.

Yeah, I understand being DQ'ed, but the problem I'm seeing is that it never actually takes me to their list of surveys that I can choose from and THEN get DQ'ed.  As soon as I click on TapResearch Surveys, I'm getting that page and I used to get a listing of surveys to choose from.  This message, or at least it seems to me, is as though it's stuck on a prior survey and there's no way for me to get past it.

Glad to hear you're having luck with the other surveys.  I'm not having that luck and with this one stuck in limbo somewhere, it just cuts out another survey for me.

Yes, I've gotten this disqualified message at Tap Research for two days now. Does anyone know how to contact Tap Research support?

I just filled out a Fusion Cash ticket, instead.  Maybe you should do the same.  If they get enough tickets showing or telling them of the problem, there may be a better chance of them looking in to the problem and perhaps finding a fix to it.

Hey folks,

This is indeed an error on our side, recently introduced when we added DQ bonuses for some TapResearch DQs.  It should be fixed now.
