I love grapefruit! I peel it or cut it into four parts and eat it. I love the taste of it but sometimes i find the acid affecting my teeth.

Pink grapefruit is one of my favorite treats. I'm sure many wouldn't consider it a treat like I do. But I like the sweet and tart taste. I like to section it and eat it with just a bit of honey on top. Delicious!

I also love grapefruit.  I also cut mine in half and if it is regular grapefruit I put a little sugar on it.  If it is pink grapefruit and just eat it the way it is.

I love grapefruit!
How do you eat your grapefruit?

I peel mine like an orange and eat it that way.

When I was a kid, mom cut the grapefruit in half and we had special "grapefruit" sppon that had serrated edges to use to scoop out the sections.

I haven't eaten grapefruit in a very long time .. but as a kid my mom also used to cut it in half and we had the special spoon .. we also would spread sugar on it to make it sweeter

I usually get a bag of about ten grapefruits from Costco. As soon as I get home I cut them in half and slice all of the grapefruit out into a Tupperware container. This usually takes about an hour but lasts for two weeks. I really got into grapefruit whenever I would do a pre-race diet. The most effective diet for me was the Mayo clinic diet which always allowed me to lose twenty pounds in two weeks. Breakfast was always the same: a half grapefruit, slice of toast and a cup of coffee or tea. Breakfast was one of my favorite meals because of the grapefruit. The rest of the Mayo Clinic diet was good but really cut back on carbohydrates which made the grapefruit a very special treat. I had read that Grapefruit and Pineapple are great fruits for speeding up your metabolism and eating up fat from your diet as well.

I eat your way and your mother way :)  When I lazy to peel it, I'll cut in half and get a spoon.
