If you cashout here on the 30th of this month then you'll get paid around the 20th of May. They give out payments on the 20th of every month. If you're requesting a check it will take a few extra days to get it in the mail.

Are you sure you followed all of the directions as far as getting a Cash Out are concerned?  I see you're pretty new here and most newbies don't READ THE TOS.  Please do, it explains a LOT:

January payments were made on February 19.

Was the cashout processed and approved? Was it denied for some reason and the money was returned to your account? Was it denied for you violating any rules? Did you request an actual check or another form of payment?

Also remember to check the status by going to My Account -> My Cashouts. If the January cashout request was denied for some reason, then that's why you haven't received it. If it was approved but you have not received it, then open a support ticket.

Your check was mailed 2/18 and tracked to your city on 2/20.  You should have received it on that day or shortly after.  It hasn't been returned to us.  If you want, we can issue you a new check; you just have to open a support ticket and request it.

I have never had any problems with cash outs!  I use paypal and it always arrives by the 20th!  Sometimes a day or so earlier which is a nice surprise!

    It sounds like it got lost in the mail?  Put in a ticket and FC can issue you a new one.  Personally I use PayPal.   I reccomend PayPal or Direct Deposit.  I always get my cash out before the 20th of the next month, sometimes as early as the 16th or 17th.
