Yes, I'm going to college. I'm going for a master's degree in creative writing. It's fairly competitive sometimes, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. It's helped my writing tremendously.

I am not. I settled for a double bachelors and am pretty happy with my income at this time. I work two jobs to support my family but unless I go for a PHD do not see an advantage to going back to school. My work keeps my mind challenged. I work with dozens of attorneys that felt that their law degrees would be the end all and now are making less than I am and having to pay some pretty large student loan payments. My wife has been with the same company for thirty eight years and make close to four time what I make on two jobs with her one job. She was hired out of high school and the company paid for her bachelors in business  which she reluctantly got after twenty years on the job. The bachelors boosted her confidence but she regrets not having had the college life experience.

Not anymore.  I got my BS in Political Science.  Missed a double degree by six credits...long story.  I was planning on getting my masters but I was already in so much debt I decided against it.

I am in community college. I'm majoring in child development and I'm trying to become a certified associate preschool teacher.

A very smart choice and keen observation!

Whenever I hear people talk about how important college is, I like to point out the numerous people that either didn't go to college or dropped out early, yet are still considered a success in life. I do think education is important, but sometimes college just isn't the right place for that education for a person. A person can learn from technical / vocational schools, certificate courses, or even on-the-job experience. It often depends on what a person wants to do for a career as to whether a college degree is necessary.

Yes I am in school right now and cannot wait to finish. I completed my associates degree in psychology last year and decided to go back for my bachelors degree. I am working on my bachelors in Medical administration. I have almost two years left.

Yes, I attend the School of Hard Knocks online and study how to make more money from the Internet every day. No, I do not have any student loans.
