Just went to my first Yoga class.  It was good. It actually helped relieve some of my lower back pain. I also realized how inflexible i am.

I don't try it yet but my friends have try them and said it works for them.  But I don't have time yet maybe I should try sometime to find out.

It should help but before you attempt to do some on your own, you should do some research & attend some classes.

I need to do yoga more. It always seems to cheer me up vs. cardio. I'm not too good at it, but Leslie Sansone has some good beginner yoga workouts. Might give those a go again soon.

Yoga is great,,,,    I do water aerobics with a side of yoga in it.  love the stretching it has

I've never heard of yoga reducing pain, but I know it helps you relax. I've tried it a few times. It helped my lower back, which was somewhat pain but just more bothersome.
