Do you wash dishes or use a dish washer?

I do both. I mostly wash them myself. However if we have a family get together I surely load the dishwasher.

I put most things in the dishwasher but cast iron pots and some cheap plastic things have to be handwashed

I do both, but wash more then use the dish washer :bunny:, I usually use the dish washer when we have friends and family over (more dishes) but just myself and the hubby most times I just do them myself.

I wash by hand. The house came with a dishwasher, but we use it to store dishes and pans we seldom use.  We don't do enough dishes to warrant the use of a dishwasher.

I did do both until my grandbabies stood on my door and broke my dishwasher. Now I have to wash them all by hand, yuk. :monkey:

I've lived most of my life with a dishwasher and thought I could not possibly live without one. I now wash my dishes by hand and realize my original belief was erroneous. I am living  perfectly fine without one.

I think the best thing about dishwashers is they keep your dishes out of sight until you put them away.  8)
