I only work out at the house.  I run on the treadmill, jump on a rebounder, use a jump box, pullups, pushups, and a variety of core exercises.

I try to go on walks at least a few times a week and run on my exercise bike daily. I also work out at home doing cardio and core workouts.

Gardening is the only exercise I get these days.  Not very motivated.

I walk/job on treadmill, then do ab workout, then legs and arms/chest, then do more treadmill....then get a massage

I walk 5-7 days a week. I also go to the gym twice a week for weight training and cardio . I have a minor disability if I don't keep moving I wont be able to walk! :rose: :rainbow: :peace: :wave:

I walk most days, pretty briskly. I go around my neighborhood twice in about 15 minutes, and it's great to feel the heart rate increase and work up a little sweat! When I have a moment in the morning sometimes I'll do (what I can remember of) Pilates for 10-15 minutes. Working on saving up enough money to buy some DVDs, and looking to increase my walking, too. Love the exercise when I feel up to it! Glad to hear everyone else has been getting active, too.  :) :thumbsup: :peace:

I completed a couch to 5k program and I intended on running 3 miles several times a week, but life just got so busy that I hardly had time to breathe, let alone go run.
I graduate in a couple of weeks, so I'm hoping to start running again and maybe start cycling again too.

I used to walk a lot, for an old lady at least.

Last December, I had a very hard fall on the sidewalk.....face first.

Since then, it has been slow.  However, I am up to 3/4 mile a day.  A huge increase.  About 6 days a week.

The fall really hurt my knees (besides face and glasses), and it has been slow. I am very happy with the progress.

YOU go girl.  It is hard after a bad fall to get up to speed again.  I mostly walk, and I babysit 3 children, 4 month old, 4 year old and 5 year old, since I started that at the beginning of the year I have lost 15 pounds with out doing anything else.

I walk and am on my feet for my entire work shift on days I have work, plus I'm excited for it getting warm enough to go swimming soon.
