Do You Miss High School?

I don't miss high school, however sometimes I wish I didn't have adult responsibilities. We all dream though.

Sure I miss some parts such as all of the free time.  But over all...no I don't.  I appreciate real life.

No. Not one bit.
I looked up people from high school, the bully, the cute guy, etc...  & it was sad that some are still in the same click in the same city, same friends, never branching out & finding a great career, or more of a life.    The bullygirl  has had a terrible life & she still is stuck in that bully mode & wondering why, hanging out at dive bars.   Very enlightening.   Karma.      The cute bully guy who was full of angst, wound up in jail & was just released... don't know why, but you could see it coming.   What is worse is looking up old friends & seeing that some have passed away so young.     But no, I don't miss high school at all.

yes i miss high school. the reason why i miss it is because that was the best time for me. when i was in high school i use to hang out with my friends which i can't do now. i thought that being in high school was an easier time.

No... High School I felt was a waste of time for me... Other than social stuff, the education and direction they provide was sub par... Completely made me feel that the American education system is failing and a inefficient waste of taxpayers money... Most of the stuff I will need for my career was taught in college and maybe on my own, high school just wasted 4 years of my life. Wish they could've made me work instead

I do not miss High school. I wanted to get out as soon as possible. I do wish I was a little bit more involved in school activities though. I think I may have enjoyed it more and made better decisions. I was more of a loner in High school.

Hell no.  I hated high school. I was a good student but socially it was awful for me.  I vowed never to attend any reunions ether.

I miss High School, it was a lot of fun for me, but at the same time I enjoy being a stay at home mom with the kiddos, but back then I had no responsibilities lol.

No, no and no.  The public school system was a form of torture for me.  I graduated from High School and I'm willing to learn; however, I don't consider myself academically gifted.  I love learning when I can follow my heart.

I don't miss high school. But I miss my friends!

I miss having alot of people around my age...but I didn't really enjoy school.

Not really. I was somewhat of a chronic truant and had problems with authority figures. I also worked three jobs through out High school and college. My first school was inner city and violence was an every day way of life. Teachers did nothing to stop it and I felt that I really wasn't gaining more than a pugilistic education so I skipped classes and showed up for exams. I maintained a 'B' average using this method. I transferred to the suburbs when my approach to high school was discovered and had absolutely no friends. So I pretty much did the same thing. This isn't to say that I don't look back fondly at a time when life was so much more carefree and think, occasionally, about friends, parties and relationships but all in all I am pretty happy with where I am at.

There are some things I miss.  You didn't have to worry about work or bills.  I think if I could go through high school again I would do things differently and enjoy the experience.
