I just turned 75 in March.  I am old and still working.  I have slowed down a lot since I broke my shoulder over a year ago and last August I broke my femur bone and now have  a rod in my left leg.  I can hardly get up in the morning and get ready for work.  Hope to have enough money by the end of the year so I can retire for the 2nd time.  I need to be home and maybe will feel like doing something.  Right now all I can do when I get home is get in the recliner and watch TV and then I fall to sleep and wake up some time in the morning with my clothes still on.  Hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe. :)

I will be 61 in June and I feel like 90 due to so many health problems. I have the hair situation also. I wish I had taken better care of myself.

Of course I feel old, I think I am at 77, but they can't count me out quite yet.

At 61 I cant do all I use to do but still staying active. Exercise for 45 minutes 5 days a week and walk at least one hour every day. Not so much because I want to but because of back surgery and nerve damage it is what I need to do to stay healthy. Working part time which sometimes goes to full time (like now) and makes for a busy schedule.

I know I'm not as young as I would like to be but honestly age is just a number.  You can either be as active as you can or you can just do nothing.  I have cancer but still try to be active.

Love the positive attitudes! I must be the baby of the bunch at almost 44! lol ... I look at my hands and see changes and wrinkles as well. I used to smoke so I think it affected my skin and hair. But I don't think I am 44 even though I feel it some times, and age is just a number. You are only as old as you feel. Stay active and keep your mind active and you can feel young forever! :)

Well, I disagree - I'm 69 and don't let the number bother me.  As long as I can continue to be active, I don't think about my age.  I will admit the only thing that tells me I'm "old" is the creaking of my bones and the arthritic pain!  But, I don't dwell on it just keep going forward!!

Happy Spring everyone!  :rose: Although I am 61 (62 at the end of next month), I feel alert & happy most of the time. A cancer survivor, I don't dwell on the past! Over 10 years ago, both of my knees were replaced. Like others, I have arthritis. Arthritis is NOT a disease of age! I had it when I was in my 30's. There is also childhood arthritis. So....arthritis DOES NOT make anyone old! I have joined both the YMCA for swimming and one other exercise venue. Staying active is very important for arthritis and for aging. Looking forward to gardening!  ;D

I will be 73 this month, not as chipper as i used to be, but i also knew it would be coming. What with a major car wreck  in 1986. I have managed  to make it this far without a walker or a cane like they said i would  be using. But on man getting up in the mornings or when i over do  is very painful sometimes cramp up so bad at night i have to get up and move around. Bu still going as strong as i can. And will not give up.
