Apple pie is one of my favorite desserts. I especially like my mom's apple cobbler. Caramel apple pie is really good also.

I absolutely love apple pie with both crusts and with vanilla ice cream on top. I usually put in half the sugar and brown sugar my recipe calls for and go heavy on the cinnamon but stick with the amounts of butter and salt called for.
