Do you eat asparagus?

My husband and I went to a restaurant called Tupolo Honey, they served Benne which is asparagus roasted with difference types of seasonings, it's delicious. Love it, love it.

Yes I do, I cook in a little water with butter and some type of herb seasoning and pepper. I love the taste; would be interested to see how they cook at the festival, maybe you will keep up updated!!!!

i just boil my asparagus... have tried grilling it.. Was thinking of getting a contact grill for some meals but havent gotten to it
