I like a happy medium of busyness and idleness.

Too much work to do creates stress that is not good for anyone.  I don't like it when I feel I have no time just to LIVE and enjoy life with a walk or an evening sitting by the firepit with my husband.

We tend to live so fast paced that when there is a "lull", it feels odd.  It takes a bit just to decide what to do to "fill" the void.

Busy, cuz if I'm not, my mind will drift to crazy, sad, or negative thoughts!
