Staying in. My birthday is on the 29th, so my partner and sister and I will have yummy vegan chocolate and raspberry cake and just enjoy each other's company.  :) Would go on a mini vaca if I had the money! Preferably to the beach. Hope everyone has a good, safe weekend!

I am going to my study for twelve hours today, sixteen hours tomorrow and twelve hours on Monday to work on a project that landed in my lap late yesterday afternoon. I already finished this morning's job and was given an unexpected bonus! I spent twenty dollars of it on breakfast burritos for my family and our new next door neighbors. My daughter went camping for the weekend, my son is a senior in high school which means he will be out with his friends and my wife has tennis and a couple of parties to go to. Three day weekends are usually better money makers for me because no one else in the contracting world wants to work. I did go out for a few cocktails last night and we had another couple over for a bonfire in our back yard so it is still kind of like a weekend for me.

We are going to my girlfriend's house for what her husband thinks is just a picnic, but she is having a surprise birthday for him.

We will go to our daughter's new home to celebrate May and June birthdays.
This is the first family gathering at Diana's since she got married in January.

We are looking forward to grilling and chilling and bean bag and fire pit and LOTS of Laughter and good times with our four kids and the grands!!

Going to do a blockparty.  Haven't done one in years and it's a great way to meet the new people in the neighborhood.
