I was not trying to be a smart a**.  I just now read my comment and realize that it sounded like I was slamming the question.  I am not.  There really are alot of thing I would want, but seriously, I live in a neighborhood with wealthy retired people who have nothing better to do than to try to find reason's to report their neighbors to the home owners assoc. for using the wrong brand of paint on their front door or leaving a hose outside.  My fault for buying here.  No offense to retired folks.  Hope I am retired one day, but Geeeeeeeeeeeeezeeeeeeeeeeeeeee these people need some real problems to worry about.

I love dogs.  My dream is to have a home with some property and be able to have kennels and take hard to adopt dogs from the humane society and give them a foster home that would be permanent if they were never adopted.  I would like a pool or pond for them to swim in.  Flooring that could withstand doggie toenails.

I agree lots of space and i would want a circle drive way. A bay window would be somewhere and a huge kitchen. Id want to spend time on the yard cause i would love to have a place to go to relax. I love to be outside.

the size of my family, a clean, neatly built brick-in the presence of sufficient money- home. A solid foundation, all inspected by a trusted engineer-friend. The site would also be of paramount relevance. A quiet, traffic free environment etc

:) Build my house in a remote area. I do not like curious neighbors...do you know what I mean? Also, elimination of clutter and unnecessary appliances...reduce pollution at all cost!

A spacious kitchen with lots of cupboards. 3 large bedrooms, game room, dining area and 2 baths. Would also love landscaped yard.

The Kitchen is the place where I would have to spend the most money and go crazy with added non-essentials...a walk-in pantry with cold storage. Glass door Fridge. BIG deep sinks, more than two. Counter-Top grill/griddle.
Built-in Wine Cooler. Cold storage glass Pastry cabinet. OK, I know I seem like I want a restraunt kitchen in my home but I DO! Why not? It's where I spend a good chunk of my day. You can throw in a small pizza oven, too. I won't even start on my dream bathroom...

I like open floor plans where one room rolls into the next with minimal walls involved. A huge shower would be nice too.

Plenty of closet space, and I love the little breakfast areas that are bayed out.  I think that is so cute and functional.
