My next house will have a 4 car garage so I park my car, trailer full of toys and have a workshop.

If I had the wonderful oppourtunity to build a house, it would be lakeside with a dock for a boat to go water sking and rafting. I would build a 2 story house with a basement, spiral staircase and solar windows atop.

As green as possible to save money on utilities. Solar Power, well insulated etc.

A large front and back yard, with proper distance between homes, a white picketed fence in the backyard, plenty of closet space, and 4 bedrooms with a large playroom--are an absolute must for our next home.
